The Belgian Waffle Co., founded in 2015 by Shrey Aggarwal and Alisha Shirodkar, is one of India's largest and fastest-growing dessert QSR chains. The brand pioneered the affordable, freshly baked, eggless waffle category, transforming waffles into an everyday snack. Backed by strong unit economics, a scalable franchise model, and rapid nationwide expansion, it has earned industry recognition, including Franchisor of the Year, and remains the market leader in India's dessert.

DACBY

DACBY is a fast-growing consumer technology platform offering refurbished and value-driven electronics across multiple categories. Focused on affordability, accessibility, and quality, it serves price-conscious consumers seeking reliable smart devices. This project developed a data-driven strategy for category expansion, pricing optimization, and sustainable growth, strengthening DACBY's position in India's refurbished electronics market.

Booz Mobility

Booz Mobility is an Ahmedabad-based micro-mobility startup and India's first electric kick scooter operator, founded in 2017. Operating on a Fleet-as-a-Subscription model, it provides app-based electric scooters across campuses, airports, business parks, and universities. This project developed a data-driven strategy for expansion, operational scalability, market positioning, and accelerating adoption within India's rapidly evolving shared mobility ecosystem.

Paytring

Paytring is an Indian fintech company offering a no-code payment orchestration platform for domestic and international transactions. Founded by Keshav Munjal (CEO) and Debal Chakraborty (CTO), it leverages over 20 years of fintech expertise. The platform features no-code integration, smart routing, and a unified dashboard to streamline digital payments. It includes automated reconciliation, secure subscription billing, and AI-driven fraud detection. Real-time analytics empower businesses with better efficiency and decision-making.

Desmondji

DesmondJi stands as a trailblazing Indian brand renowned for its exceptional alcoholic beverages. Originating from India's inaugural recognised craft distillery, DesmondJi prides itself on its meticulous selection of premium natural ingredients sourced from diverse regions across the country.

Kyari Innovations

Kyari Innovations Ltd. is a tech-driven startup that manufactures innovative smart walking sticks. Kyari's mission is centred on the belief that humans are inseparable from nature. Nature is meant to be explored, cherished and protected. Kyari Innovations Ltd. appeared on Shark Tank India Season 2 in early 2023.
